Actually Unomat's meltdown was closely related to the Scions incident. :P
He was the one jumping me on Scions IRC channel, before some Scions jumped on the bandwagon, shortly before they rage quit after all.

Maybe I should really dig those logs out again.

I loved how Unomat went completely emo over something completely pointless like getting a warning on the forum and having a couple of his posts deleted. And of course he blamed it all on AI. Oh and then there was his second forum account, which he used to try and talk shit in our MO thread. All that from a 35 (?) year old guy. Guess age doesn't always add maturity. (Bevo is a perfect example of this as well

I think the real reason Unomant went apeshit, was because even though he did quite a bit of layer separation on the video; he was the one who wanted to make that thread. However, it was noticed that people were finally realizing that yes, the counter was actually changing. So I told Rathius to basically do an "Emergency Post", so that we can take control and take charge of any further speculation. That move has served us well and is still referenced by people saying "I was impressed by you work with the counter".

Since he wanted to make the post, he went essentially apeshit because he was not directly in the spotlight, and because of this I guess he felt betrayed to an extent. However to put this in perspective, Unomat was never a quiet one, and on every chance he got he would essentially try to ram "You are not old enough to lead shit" down my throat, in one form or another. So he just went anti AI from that point on, and I guess lost his sanity somewhere along the road (Whatever was left of it).
