Right now we are giving it some time to let everyone who joined get settled in.
I don't have an actual ETA on how long this may take, but I don't think it will be an extremely long period.
Since you seem very interested in AI, I would suggest checking out our IRC channel (if you haven't already). Get to know everyone to hangs out in there and it will also give us a chance to know you. That way when the applications reopen your chances for being accepted will be much higher.
