Huxley: The Dystopia

It's currently in Closed Beta and I was lucky enough to try it out. It's a very fun and addicting twitch shooter based off the Unreal engine used in Unreal Tournament. It actually feels a LOT like Unreal Tournament so if you're a fan of that game, this will really appeal to you.

If you haven't heard of this game, it's labeled as an MMOFPS. CBT1 ended recently and CBT2 is starting up soon.

Anyone else here get to play during the last phase of closed beta and plan on playing in the second phase? Anyone planning on playing it once it releases?

Again, it's very fun and I suggest anyone who liked Unreal Tournament pick it up. It's planned to be Free To Play, so that's even more of a reason to play. =P

I can't go into too much info because of the NDA.

I remember seeing it mentioned a while back on mmorpg.com or something. This could be interesting.

I don't have a FilePlanet account, but it looks like Fileplanet's beta spots are only for US and CA people anyway :S.

From what I have seen and heard of the game, it is very visually beautiful, but highly lacks in the category of gameplay. The people I spoke to about it were pretty touch-and-go about the whole thing because of NDA also, but they compared it to Tabula Rasa as far as gameplay O.o EeEeEek

Although if it plays like tabula rasa then i'm kinda iffy

I'm sure it will be fine. If anything, it's F2P anyhow lol. I had a good time in TR until I got to around lvl 30. Then I realized I had been doing the same shit for 30 lvls lol.

As with any game though, we shall see. I thought WoW sucked also and 13mil people disagree with me

lol Once again, J, you don't fully read my post. xD

But yeah, I never actually played Tabula Rasa, so I wouldn't be able to make a fair comparison.

I'm also having a lot of fun playing it because of who I'm getting to play with. It's been too long since I've gamed with Naraku and with Vensy being into the game too...it's great. =]

I don't know of an actual release date, no.

Naraku introduced me to this game, and I think he said something about the developers of Huxley being fast with their releases once it hits beta phase.

Or something like that.
