If you pre-register before July 3rd it is $65 for the whole weekend. If you don't it is $75 at the door.

I paid $60 for a full weekend pass at Fanime Con last month, so I don't think this is too far out of the normal price range.
As far as hotel room goes, I am being very flexible with this. Since I am taking on the expense either way, any bit given towards the cost helps and is appreciated, but it's not a con if it ends up being only me and a friend or two. :P
